Waiting for 2012

Well, I can honestly say 2011 flew by.  Everything goes by so much faster when you have kids.  I guess it's cause we are having so much fun!  I don't know what 2012 will bring, but I just know it has to be better.

Christmas 2011

Christmas with my little family was wonderful.  We spent Christmas Eve with Jorge's family.  It's always an exciting event.  His family is very loud and energetic.  There's always something to watch.  We spent Christmas morning with C opening his five gifts.  (Want, Need, Read, Wear, Santa)  He got puzzles, flashcards, a big book of 100 words, jeans and a thermal shirt and a Thomas the Train that follows a lantern.  Afterwards we started to pack to head to Corpus for Christmas Day with my family.

Now we're just lounging around the house with my sister Carli.  I'm so glad she came to visit.  Maybe Jorge and I will be able to go on a mini-date while she babysits.
