2 month check up

Caleb weighs 12 pounds and 4 oz. He's 22.75 inches long. Daddy had to
go in exam room with him cause Mama is a big, fat chicken. Daddy says
he got three injections, and one oral.

2 months!

My little buggy is two months old! This second month has been a little easier. I think I'm finally getting the hang of mommy hood.

The month was off to a scary start. Caleb had RSV and had to have breathing treatments for about ten days. I was terrified that my tiny, one month baby would end up in the hospital. Luckily, he pulled through beautifully, and his lungs were cleared out pretty quickly.

I went back to work on January 18, and have spent a huge majority of my day missing my little guy. (I miss the big guy too. ;))

Caleb smiles, laughs, and coos a lot now! It is so fun to have "conversations" with my little boy. Caleb is now wearing size 2 diapers! He's getting too big too fast. I'm trying to enjoy the cuddling, cause I know a day will come when he'll want to be anywhere but in my arms.

I'm enjoying getting to know my son, and I can't even imagine life without him anymore.
